We'll walk through our full compensation plan in person. There are no monthly brokerage fees, and the team covers professional listing photos, a transaction coordinator, and lead sources.
Do I need experience?
No. New agents go through structured onboarding with 1:1 training, and you'll have help on appointments until you're confident.
Where are your offices?
Lebanon and Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. We serve Wilson County and the greater Middle Tennessee area.
Can I keep my own brand?
Yes. You market under both First Class and your own name, and we help build your personal brand.
How fast do I get paid?
